A fetish centered on the idea of a body (or a specific body part, usually the belly) becoming visibly enlarged, swollen, or filled, whether through air, liquid, food, or a fictional means. In erotic fiction it shows up as deliberate belly expansion, body inflation, or a character being 'filled up' until they are round and taut.
